Er-Bakır Elektrolitik Bakır Mamulleri A.Ş. Personal data collected and processed by (“Er-Bakır” or “Company”) are under the protection of our company. Personal data is processed by Er-Bakır within the scope of this Information Text in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and its secondary regulations and other legislation regarding the protection of personal data.

According to KVKK, personal data means any information that makes your identity specific or identifiable. Your personal data processed by the Company, the purposes for which they are processed, the recipient groups to which they may be transferred, the method of collection, the legal reason and your rights regarding the personal data in question are listed below.

Within the scope of your job or internship application to our company, your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your application and carrying out the accommodation activity.

4.4 LEGAL REASON FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND METHOD OF COLLECTION

Er-Bakır may collect your personal data from our business partners, directly from you during your employment in our Company, or from legal authorities via the internet, telephone, e-mail and physical, written, oral and electronic media for the purposes stated above, pursuant to Articles 5, 8 and 9 of the KVKK. It is processed by automatic and non-automatic means, based on the legal compliance reasons listed in the provisions of Article 1 and listed below.

Your personal data, within the scope of the provisions of KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data, within the country to the extent required by the purposes stated under heading 5.2 of this clarification text; to official institutions and organizations, business partners, suppliers and abroad; can be transferred to business partners and suppliers.

5.4 LEGAL REASON FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND METHOD OF COLLECTION

7. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

For your rights granted under the provisions of Article 11 of the KVKK and listed below, you can apply to our Company through the methods in the "Contact" section of this Information Text.

Learning whether your personal data is being processed or not,

If it has been processed, request information about it,

  • Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

  • Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK,

  • To request that the transactions carried out in accordance with your rights in the form of correction, deletion and destruction stated above be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively with automatic systems,

  • If you suffer damage due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the relevant legislation, they have the right to request compensation for your damage.
