Product Receipt and Entry Control
Check the reels, baskets and pallets upon receipt.
Impact, wet, torn packaging, etc. that may have occurred during transportation. Check for packaging defects.
If there is damaged packaging, please provide feedback (with description, photo, video, etc.) at the product delivery stage.
To avoid damage to the product, use appropriate equipment during transportation and unloading of the product. For example: forklift, pallet truck, crane etc.
Do not touch the wire surface with your bare hands and avoid using wrong equipment while felling, be careful against hand and foot trapping.
When unloading the rollers from the vehicle, the correct equipment (forklift, crane, etc.) must be used. Never drop the reels or drop them from a height.
When a nonconformity is encountered during the entry control phase; Please provide feedback with a description of the non-conformity along with the product batch number and a sample, batch number, photo, video, etc.
Product Storage and Use Phase
Do not open the product packaging until the moment of use. If it is opened for entry control purposes, repackage it.
Store reels, baskets and/or pallets in a way that they do not hit each other.
Be careful not to trap hands and feet when handling reels, baskets and pallets.
Store empty reels and baskets under suitable conditions so that they are not affected by impact and corrosion, and protect their inner and outer surfaces against impacts.
Protect the products from dusty and humid environments and keep them away from chemical vapors.
Avoid contact with the products with bare hands as much as possible.
Once the packaging of the product is opened, use the material within 4 weeks, otherwise the material may oxidize.
Do not lift, carry or roll the product by hand.
Ensure that the product batch number is left on the reel/basket until the end of use.
Take precautions against external effects (dust, moisture, chemical vapor, impact, oil, etc.) by covering partially used products with nylon/cardboard.
Secure the ends of partially used products in a way that does not cause confusion. Especially in multi-wire products, if proper fixing is not done, it may cause breakage during use.
Prevent carrier packaging materials (reels, baskets and pallets) from being used for other purposes.
Place bent products in your transmitter in accordance with the lower end direction to prevent them from tripping.
For products whose carrier packaging material is a basket, make sure that the height of the basket dispenser is at least 2 meters above the top of the basket.
Avoid shaking or dropping the reels and baskets.
Avoid storing the product in places where high vibration and shaking may occur, and in uneven and rough places.
In Case of Complaint and Return
Be sure to specify the batch number of the relevant product, problem definition and samples, photographs, videos, batch numbers, how the problem occurs, etc. to help understand and eliminate the non-conformity. Send the information along with the complaint to the address below.
Make sure that the products to be taken back for examination are returned in an appropriate manner and in a way that will not cause any damage.
For Packaging Material Returns:

Please make sure that the packaging materials (steel/plastic reel, steel basket, steel pallet) are returned in the same way as they were sent to you.

Return the reels on the pallet and the baskets upright.
